The student registration for the Camp will be formalized at the time of signing the Registration Sheet and the ATTENDANCE CONTRACT, which will be sent to the Student’s parents or guardians after the reception of the Booking Place Form.
EGC is the sole organizer of the Camp and will manage the program in full to ensure the described facilities, accommodation, golf and instruction are met to the expected standards.
The registration to the Camp is limited to boys and girls between the ages of 12 and 17. A maximum of 20 students will be accepted in the summer program (by strict order of registration and pre-payment).
Our rate is based on the complete 2-week program as described, from the date of departure from Madrid airport until return.
The total price per student for the contracted services based for a complete two-week program is 6,800 Euros.
Please consider that the reservation fee is non-refundable, and the contract will not be valid until full payment of the program has been made.
Alternatively, a 3% discount will apply to those who make full payment of the program fees before April 15th, 2025. All payments to be made by bank transfer to the Organization’s account (provided in the Registration Form).
Once any of the required payments have been made by the student, the following penalties will apply:
The Organization reserves the right to cancel the Camp and return all amounts contributed if there are circumstances beyond our control that require it.

The Travel and Primary Medical Assistance Insurance contracted by The Organization covers trips and minor accidents, and if necessary, the student will be assisted in a medical center or appropriate medical professional, as well as make any necessary medical-surgical decisions.
The Organization, in cases of emergency, will assist students to locate the emergency medical assistance and first aids available, as well as to find the hospitals or specialized clinics closest to the student’s residence.
Any student medical visits will be scheduled, as needed, in consultation with the students’ parents or guardians, who will be responsible for the required payment for all medical expenses incurred that are not covered by the Organization Insurance contract.
The Organization reserves the right to establish rules and regulations related to the student’s life during their participation in the Camps. The Camp Code of Conduct establishes the standards of conduct expected of each student and by accepting the terms of the Contract,
The Organization understood that the student and his or her parents accept the rules and regulations established in the Code of Conduct. In the case of any serious breach by the student, the Organization will inform their parents or guardians and could result in that the student participation in the Camps being terminated.
The possession and/or consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs by students during their stay and trips on Camps ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CONCEPT. In any case, if the student does not comply with this condition, he/she will be expelled from the Camps with charges of the expenses incurred on behalf of the parents or guardians.
